The influence of the geographical location and clone type on contents flavonols organic acids Sauvignon blanc grapes over ripening process was investigated. assay carried out three commercial clones cv. (Clone 242, Clone 107, 1-Davis) grown in two zones (referred to as low high zones) Casablanca Valley, Chile. zone is closer Pacific Ocean (i.e., 20 km away) than (which 37 away). Clear differences total phenols, were observed during ripening. All exhibited a higher titratable acidity those zone. An analysis flavonol grape skins showed among associated with cultivation.
